OceanBlue Alliance is an independent insurance agency licensed to market, present, and service health and life insurance plans from multiple regulated insurance carriers. We do not underwrite insurance policies; all insurance coverage decisions, policy issuances, and claim settlements are determined solely by the respective issuing insurance carriers.

2. Quotes and Information Accuracy

Quotes and estimated premiums provided through our website or licensed agents are estimates based on the information you provide (such as age, location, family size, tobacco use, and coverage needs). Official premiums and plan eligibility are finalized upon formal underwriting and carrier application review.

3. Mobile Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional network operators) are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages. While we endeavor to transmit notifications promptly, transmission speed and delivery are subject to wireless carrier network availability.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information when submitting inquiry forms or communicating with our agents. You may not use our website or communication channels for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activities, or provide phone numbers for which you do not have authorization.
